Join a diverse team of competitive retail professionals in the fast paced, frenetic and rewarding world of seasonal retail in Longview, WA. • General Manager (2-5 years retail store management preferred) Responsible for the day-to-day running of store, maximizing profits while minimizing costs, ensuring the continued integrity of store flow-o-grams, plan-o-grams and endcaps by referring to the Visual Merchandise Manual, ensuring staff is fully versed on daily targets and that excellent customer care standards are met. • Assistant Manager (6 mos - 2 years retail management assistant experience preferred) Responsible for assisting with complete store operations in conjunction with assigned tasks and duties. Assists in hiring, training and development of all store associates in both operations and merchandising. • Store Associate is responsible for processing incoming freight as directed, maintaining plan-o-gram integrity, maintaining store appearance through assigned tasks, acknowledging all customers through a greeting, assisting customers with their purchases and enhancing customer purchases through suggestive selling.
